WWE Live from MSG: The full rundown and why you should care.
Brock Lesnar vs. The Big Show
What am I looking at here? The
Big Show is the world's largest athlete, a future Hall of Famer and the
most accomplished (and probably talented) big man of all time. Nobody
cares about that, because he's rarely been given anything significant to
do over the past decade and can't go 15 minutes without flipping from
good guy to bad guy and back again. That sort of thing makes it hard for
a person to get invested.
Brock Lesnar is an inhuman,
indestructible automaton who was created to consume beef sandwiches and
suplex people until they separate into their base components of blood and urine and vomit. He is a human wrecking ball with the physique of an original Master of the Universe toy and the head of the angriest Boxtroll.
Why you should care: Every
single time Brock Lesnar has a match, it is an event. He is truly
special. It's going to be awesome to watch him wrestle, no matter who
he's wrestling. He and Big Show should have a great match that will
devolve into a spectacle of what a monster on earth Brock Lesnar is.
The first time Brock Lesnar and the Big Show were in a huge, high-profile match, THEY BROKE THE GOD DANG RING.
If you're complaining about having to watch a Big Show match in the
year 2015, just look across the ring at the horrifying sandwich golem
he's fighting. That should cure what ails you.
